Experteer Overview
In this role you drive design excellence and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless delivery on multidisciplinary projects. You’ll lead the Design Management Plan, align Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP and other teams, and act as the main liaison with contractors and stakeholders. You’ll oversee design coordination, risk management, and ensure deliverables meet requirements while supporting value engineering and safety-in-design. This is a cross-functional, impact-focused opportunity within a global firm known for complex programmes.

• Contribute to the Quality Control Program with audits and issue resolution
• Collaborate with planning teams to integrate workplace and operational requirements

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering (BSc / MSc or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or Design Manager within an EPC environment
• Strong background in technical project management within complex, multidisciplinary environments
• Solid knowledge of cooling systems and electrical distribution/transmission (essential)
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience in data centre projects is a strong advantage
• Fluent in Spanish and English
