As Cost Manager within Project u0026amp; Development Services, you will oversee capex, budgeting and financial control for a portfolio of projects including office fit-outs, hospitality and retail. You will partner with project teams, finance, and clients to create accurate estimates, monitor expenses and identify cost optimizations. Your work supports delivering projects within approved budgets while applying market benchmarks and value engineering. This role offers the chance to influence cost strategy across diverse sectors in a general real estate advisory context.

• Collaborate with project teams to establish and update project budgets

• Produce and review BoQ and pricing documents; identify cost-saving alternatives
• Monitor expenses and ensure alignment with budgets; propose optimization measures

• Support procurement in bid reviews and tender clarification; lead cost-related clarifications

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years in a cost management role with a consultant or general contractor
• Experience across office fit-out, hospitality and/or retail sectors
• Strong knowledge of the construction supply chain
• Excellent written English and ability to communicate cost impact and risks
• Proficiency in cost proposals, benchmarking and financial analysis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
• Independent and collaborative team player with remote stakeholders
• Strong numerical, commercial and financial acumen
• Experience with data centre projects and/or FIDIC contracts (advantageous)
