Experteer Overview
As a Workplace Engineer in the Digital Workplace team, you will own and evolve traditional endpoint management (SCCM, Windows imaging, OSD) while advancing cloud-native management with Intune and Azure AD. You will ensure stability and security for 17,000+ endpoints, bridging on-prem and cloud-based approaches. The role combines hands-on engineering with ITSM-aligned incident and change practices in a dynamic, agile environment. This is a chance to shape enterprise endpoint capabilities and modern workplace solutions at scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design, deploy and manage enterprise endpoint solutions using SCCM as the primary platform
• Build, maintain and optimize Windows 11 OSD task sequences and DR/driver management at scale
• Own Windows 11 lifecycle planning, compatibility assessments and phased end-user rollout
• Manage software packaging/deployment within SCCM including detections and dependencies
• Administer and optimize SCCM infrastructure (site servers, distribution points, boundary config)
• Provide L3 escalation support with deep technical investigation and root cause analysis
• Apply ITSM/ITIL practices to incidents, problems and changes in the endpoint environment
• Implement endpoint security using Defender for Endpoint,



CA policies and Zero Trust
• Create PowerShell scripts and Graph API automation for configuration and remediation
• Collaborate with the Endpoints team to develop new workplace features and services
• Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes and known issues
• Support risk accountability and continuous improvement in line with Swiss Re culture

Responsabilidades
• Experience with SCCM/Configuration Manager in large enterprise environments
• Windows 11 deployment, imaging, OSD and driver management
• SCCM infrastructure administration (sites, DP, MP, boundaries)
• L3 incident/problem management and ITSM alignment
• PowerShell scripting and Graph API automation
• Knowledge of Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, and cloud transition concepts (nice to have)
• Endpoint security fundamentals (Defender for Endpoint, CA policies, Zero Trust)
• Understanding of AD/GP and MDT as related tooling
