Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the integration of AI, big data, and analytics into internal audit. You’ll shape the AI-driven continuous monitoring and risk-based audit framework, collaborating with data and engineering leaders to ensure governance and data integrity. You’ll address regulatory alignment and ethical AI practices while delivering independent assurance to executives and the Audit Committee. - Lead AI governance and algorithmic assurance across ML/AI implementations and automated decisions
- Evaluate compliance with EU AI Act, NIST RMF, SR 11-7 and data privacy requirements
- Review Generative AI/LLM deployments for data privacy, security, and IP protection
- Audit enterprise Big Data infrastructure (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Data Lakes) focusing on lineage, ETL, access controls, data quality
- Design and execute the IA Big Data u0026 AI roadmap and continuous audit techniques over full datasets




- Develop predictive models and anomaly detection for real-time KRIs
- Audit data protection mechanisms (GDPR/CCPA) and establish ethical AI evaluation criteria
- Collaborate with CDOs, CAOs, and Data Science leads to guide risk and upskill IA teamResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in data analytics, AI governance, or data/IT auditing focusing on big data and ML
- CISA, CISM, CCAK, or Certified Data Scientist/Engineer; CIA/ACA preferred
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Snowflake, Spark, AWS (S3/Redshift)
- Hands-on experience with AI agents (Claude) and automated audit analytics
