Join Stripe's Brand Studio to develop and scale 3D illustration and motion systems that define how the brand speaks visually. You will shape editorial-ready 3D content, from concept to final output, across static, motion, and advertising formats. Collaborate with brand, product design, marketing, and external partners to ensure a cohesive, high-quality brand experience. This role offers impact at scale as you push brand boundaries and explore AI-enabled tooling for creative excellence.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and refine illustration and motion styles across the Stripe brand ecosystem in partnership with brand, product design, and marketing
• Create photo-realistic 3D compositions for editorial stories across multiple surfaces (static, motion, billboards, video)
• Champion the brand's image through guidelines, systems, and processes to ensure consistency at scale
• Collaborate with non-motion designers to elevate and align their work with 3D assets
• Oversee quality and consistency of 3D illustration/motion across products, campaigns, and events
• Manage external partners in creative strategy, execution,



and production
• Inspire and advance best practices, design processes, and ideation within the team
• Explore and apply AI tooling to enhance creation and delivery of visuals
• Shape a strategic vision that increases internal awareness of design impact at Stripe

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of design and art direction experience for technical and product-driven companies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in art, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong strategic acumen for building leading brands in a fast-paced, global environment
• Systems-thinking to extend shared patterns and behaviors
• Proven excellence in art direction and building/extending 3D illustration systems
• Proven ability to use and build AI tools to create exceptional work
• Ability to communicate concepts, direction, and decisions clearly with teams and external partners
• Track record of independently delivering work while influencing others
