Задачи

- Set the Growth measurement strategy and operating model, establishing company-wide definitions for CAC, payback, LTV, cohort performance, and incrementality
- Lead forecasting, performance reviews, and decision-grade analysis to support faster, more reliable, and economically grounded capital-allocation decisions
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of analytics engineers and senior analysts
- Partner with Finance, Data, Product, and channel leaders to establish source-of-truth reporting and automate critical data workflows
- Improve experimentation quality and make insights widely accessible across the organization while maintaining strict analytical standards

Требования

- Proven track record of building or leading an analytics capability that changes commercial and product decisions beyond basic reporting
- Technical credibility in SQL, data modeling, experimentation, and measurement, with the confidence and expertise to challenge weak analysis
- Deep understanding of acquisition economics, cohorts, incrementality, and forecasting




- Ability to create clarity from fragmented data and prioritize models and metrics that materially improve business outcomes
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, including guiding analysts and building close partnerships with Data, Finance, Product, and channel owners
