Customer Success Champion

You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, and act as their trusted advisor. Key Responsibilities

- Proactively engage with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
- Understand client goals and help them achieve them using our offerings.
- Onboard new clients and provide ongoing training and support.
- Monitor client health and identify potential risks or opportunities for expansion.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and sales teams.
- Resolve client issues and escalations promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular check‑ins and business reviews with clients.

Requirements

- Previous experience in Customer Success,



Account Management, or a related client‑facing role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships with clients.
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
- Tech‑savviness with experience using CRM and customer success platforms.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in Spain and comfortable working remotely .
