Experteer Overview
In this role you lead a cross-functional engineering team building high-performance medical software for clinicians worldwide. You’ll balance people leadership with hands-on coding, architecture decisions, and delivery in a regulated medical-device setting. You drive quality, traceability, and engineering discipline while shaping architecture and mentor engineers. You collaborate with client and product stakeholders to translate clinical needs into technical solutions. This role combines impact on product direction with day-to-day technical excellence.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead a cross-functional development team (developers, QA, DevOps) and own end-to-end technical delivery
• Write, review and refactor production C++ code; set coding standards and engineering best practices
• Drive architecture and design decisions focusing on performance, scalability, maintainability
• Translate business and clinical requirements into technical solutions with client stakeholders
• Plan and track work: estimation,



sprint planning, risk management and status reporting
• Ensure compliance with medical device software development processes (IEC 62304, ISO 13485) and quality requirements
• Mentor engineers, conduct technical interviews and contribute to team growth
• Serve as main technical point of contact for the client’s engineering leadership

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of professional software development with strong modern C++ (C++17/20)
• 2+ years leading development teams while remaining hands-on
• Solid experience with software architecture, design patterns and multithreading
• Experience with performance optimization and profiling
• Experience with Agile delivery, planning and estimation
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with international clients
• English at C1 level or higher
