In this role, you will progressively take on greaterautonomy in designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and scalable backend applications in Go, with mentorship from the senior team to support your continued professional growth.You will work closely with other teams tointegrate services, optimize existing components, and contribute to architectural decisions.We are looking for someone who has already gained someinitial professional experience in backend development, has asolid understanding of API development and databases, anddemonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to solve problems independently.Develop and maintain backendcomponents andmicroservices in Go, progressively working more independently.Design and implementclean, efficient,



and well-documented RESTful APIs.Collaborate effectively with the Frontend teamand other technical profilesto integrate services.Actively participate inidentifying, debugging, and resolving technical issues in production and testing environments.Contribute tocode reviewsby providing and receiving constructive feedback.Write unit and i ntegration tests to ensure software quality and stability.Propose targetedimprovements to the performance of existing applications and database queries.Actively participate intask estimationandsprint planningwithin anAgile environment.What do we value?2-3 years of previous experience in backend development, preferably withGoor with experience in another language such as Java, Node.Js, Python, or C#, and arecent transition to Go.Hands-on experience designing and implementingRESTful APIs .Proficiency inrelational databases(e.G., PostgreSQL, MySQL)and/or NoSQL databases(e.G., MongoDB, Redis).Regular and confident use ofGit for version control, includingbranching workflows, pull requests, and related practices.Practicalknowledge of common design patterns and coding best practices, including Clean Code principles.Nice to havePrevious experience using Jiraor similar tools such asTrello or Azure DevOpsto manage and track tasks withinAgile methodologies(Scrum/Kanban).Knowledge ofCI/CDand continuous integration practices.If you are a person who likes to beupdatedon the latest trends,restlessto try new technologies, and you like to find other ways of doing things,
