Experteer Overview
In this role you lead complex offshore automation projects in a general, dynamic setting, guiding them from tender through commissioning and handover. You will work with international teams, partners, and customers to ensure delivery, quality, and profitability while shaping standardized solutions and improving execution. The position blends process automation expertise with digital tools and AI-enabled collaboration to elevate project performance. You will operate at scale, influencing governance, templates, and workflows to enable efficient, future-ready project delivery.

Responsabilidades
• Completed technical degree (automation technology, electrical engineering, process automation, computer science, industrial engineering, or comparable field) or equivalent experience
• PM@Siemens or IPMA project management certification
• Ideally 10 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in process/industrial automation or large-scale projects
• Strong experience managing complex projects with international stakeholders and multiple interfaces
• Solid understanding of automation and control systems, software-based solutions, and engineering workflows
• Strong commercial awareness with budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management
• Ability to manage risks, changes, schedules, resources, and customer expectations concurrently
• High willingness to travel internationally and nationally (likely u003e40%)
• Excellent English and Spanish communication; German a plus
• Curious, forward-thinking mindset with interest in digitalization, AI, and modern collaboration methods
• Openness to international collaboration and interdisciplinary teamwork
