NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to operate in the region and provide remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents.
Through proactive incident handling, this role will restore service and drive incidents to a successful resolution, ensuring SLA conditions are met. You will document activities across portals and work with cross-cultural teams in a remote setting.
