Overview

In this role you will plan and execute high-profile European customer conferences and internal field kickoff as part of Veeva’s European Corporate Events team. You’ll manage end-to-end event workstreams, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing. The role emphasizes hands-on event execution, vendor oversight, and timely delivery of event components. You’ll contribute to scaling world-class events while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity in a mission-driven, Work Anywhere culture.

Responsabilidades

- Plan and execute large-scale, world-class conferences and internal field kickoff across Europe
- Proactively manage event workstreams end-to-end (venues, catering, registration, receptions, meetings)
- Ensure high-quality service and timely delivery of all event components
- Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and agencies with senior team members
- Drive cross-functional workstreams, keep timelines and stakeholders aligned
- Review contracts,



identify gaps, and draft edits with legal team
- Manage budgets, procurement, and invoice reconciliation including YoY cost-per-head analysis
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, forms, project plans, and presentations for event planning

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in mid- to large-scale corporate event logistics and production
- Experience managing event programs from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Strong project and time management skills
- Experience managing event budgets
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail
- Adaptable and flexible
- Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively
