Experteer Overview
In this role you will help shape and execute Essity's e-commerce strategy for key online accounts, with a focus on Amazon. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive online performance, content quality and digital merchandising while gaining exposure to traditional FMCG sales. The position offers a path to expand your e-commerce and sales expertise across digital and physical channels in a leading consumer goods company.

• Develop and execute e-commerce initiatives for Amazon and prioritized pure-play accounts
• Support assortment, pricing, merchandising and promotions across customer platforms
• Analyze online sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor online market activities and competitors
• Track digital performance metrics such as search ranking, content quality, and availability
• Create and maintain high-quality product content and digital shelf execution
• Prepare reports and analyses using Excel and other tools
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver e-commerce projects




• Build relationships with customer contacts as part of the Sales team
• Over time, assist regional/local accounts and gain exposure to traditional FMCG sales

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Approximately 2-3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, sales or account management
• Experience with Amazon, marketplaces or FMCG is advantageous
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with numbers
• Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Nielsen is advantageous but not required
• Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset
• Curiosity about technology and the digital environment; adaptable to evolving tools
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple activities
• Collaborative and versátil; eager to learn
• Fluent in English; Spanish required for interactions with local customers
