The role requires strong communication skills to explain complex technical issues to healthcare professionals, start-up specialists, and field engineers in multiple languages, with a focus on remote support.

You will work on the Hugo system and DS1 platform, solve escalated issues, and participate in continuous improvement projects while occasionally traveling for onsite
