As a senior technical leader, you will design and govern end-to-end software architectures that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. You will bridge business needs with technical execution, lead multidisciplinary teams, and shape opportunities for key customers. Your work will span software, cloud, data, and AI-enabled initiatives, ensuring architectural integrity and governance. You will mentor teams, support pre-sales, and drive strategic customer value in a hybrid Iberia context.

Responsabilidades
• 8-10+ years in software architecture or senior technical leadership
• Proven experience delivering complex technology solutions with strategic customer engagement
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple development teams and make architectural decisions
• Experience with Generative AI and AI-enabled solutions
• Ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders and shape customer solutions
• Experience contributing to pre-sales, proposals, and solution concepts with business impact
• Strong communication of complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Coaching/mentoring and capability-building skills
• Project management and budgeting experience
• Proficiency in cloud architectures and integration patterns
