UNICEF Spain invites a consultant for a 11-month engagement focused on expanding quality, adaptable education opportunities for adolescents in fragile contexts. The assignment will identify and analyze approaches, examine certification and progression pathways, and develop practical guidance for country offices and partners, with emphasis on displacement settings.

Proficiency in English is required, Arabic is a plus; Master’s in education or related field and 8+ years in education systems
