Overview

In this role, you will lead the project team to deliver client objectives and Turner & Townsend standards on construction projects in Spain. You will shape project development strategy with the client and Project Director, ensuring governance, cost, schedule, and risk management are in place. You will act as primary client contact and coordinate with stakeholders to drive successful delivery. This is an opportunity to manage high-profile projects within a general engineering and construction platform that prioritizes quality and client outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- Lead the project team and coordinate all activities
- Achieve client objectives and company delivery standards
- Define project development strategy with client and Project Director
- Implement project-specific procedures for successful delivery
- Act as primary client contact and maintain continuous communication
- Establish and manage communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders




- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System throughout the lifecycle
- Define, monitor and control project cost plan and schedule
- Define and manage project governance and meeting strategy
- Prepare and update the project risk register
- Support procurement and contracting strategy
- Manage project document management and filing structure
- Prepare Monthly Project Status Reports
- Coordinate information for contractor evaluation and performance assessment

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Engineering
- Approx. 5 years as a Project Manager in construction
- Experience in Spanish market
- Understanding of full project life cycle
- Knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, MS Project, office productivity tools, and BIM platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork
- Highly motivated with client delivery focus
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally
