Experteer Overview
In this role you will own end-to-end procurement at RavenPack, focusing on software, SaaS, and technology services. You’ll coordinate cross-functional reviews with Legal, Compliance, IT, and business teams to secure favorable terms and compliant purchases. You’ll lead negotiations, manage renewals, and optimize spend while refining an AI-enabled procurement platform. This position offers visibility to leadership and a chance to shape procurement in a fast-growing AI company.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Single point of contact for all procurement requests from intake to onboarding, contract signature, and renewal
• Lead commercial negotiations with software, SaaS, and service vendors to secure competitive terms
• Coordinate Legal, Compliance, IT, and requesting teams to keep procurement reviews on track
• Support IT Operations in negotiations for larger technical purchases
• Manage renewal calendar and renegotiate licenses ahead of dates
• Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts in compliance with policies
• Maintain vendor records and procurement documentation in the platform
• Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships including SLAs where applicable
• Identify cost-saving opportunities by consolidating tools and optimizing terms
• Prepare procurement activity, spend, and savings reports for Finance and senior management
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement platform, workflows, and policies
• Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies and approvals processes
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in procurement or purchasing with hands-on negotiation ownership
• Experience procuring software, SaaS, or technology services
• Ability to communicate with IT and engineering in their language
• Strong negotiation skills with proven savings examples
• Proactive mindset to improve terms and reduce spend
• Confidence coordinating multiple stakeholders and with senior leadership
• Strong organization to manage multiple renewals and requests
• Experience with procurement tools or ERP modules; interest in AI-enabled tools
• Clear written and spoken English and Spanish; eligibility to work in Spain
