Experteer Overview As SAP S/4HANA Lead Developer, you will drive hands-on development and technical direction for SAP S/4HANA solutions, shaping architecture with ABAP, CDS, and UI5. You mentor a small development team, ensure upgrade-safe practices via Clean Core, and leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate delivery. You will partner with Solution Architects and Business Process Owners to translate designs into robust implementations, while advancing modern DevOps practices. - Hands-on SAP S/4HANA development using ABAP (RAP), CDS Views, and SAP Fiori/UI5
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and enforce coding standards

- Lead development teams (3-8 developers) in agile environments to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Familiarity with domains such as Finance, SCM, Asset Management, O2C/C2C, or Analytics u0026 ReportingResponsabilidades
- 7+ years of hands-on SAP development with strong focus on SAP S/4HANA
- Expert ABAP skills (OO, CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, BAdIs) and SAP Fiori/UI5 with OData
- Strong understanding of SAP Clean Core, including tier-based extensibility and upgrade-safe patterns
- Experience leading development teams in agile delivery
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and awareness of SAP Business AI offerings
- Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, data models, and integration patterns
- Familiarity with SAP BTP extension scenarios and tools (gCTS, ATC, abapGit, Cloud ALM)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a growth mindset
- Certified in SAP S/4HANA development preferred
