Experteer Overview
You will lead and scale the BDR function at Kolsquare, shaping the strategy and playbook for multi-market growth. You work closely with Sales, Marketing and leadership to drive performance and implement scalable processes. Your leadership elevates team leaders and BDRs, turning data into actions that boost meetings, SQLs and pipeline. This role offers impact across Europe and beyond, in a mission-driven, growth-focused culture.

• Lead and develop the BDR organization across European markets
• Coach BDRs and team leaders, setting expectations and accountability
• Support performance management, development and career progression
• Own and evolve the BDR strategy and playbook for inbound/outbound
• Adapt prospecting to markets and customer segments
• Test new prospecting, qualification and conversion approaches
• Improve BDR operations with new ideas and best practices
• Own key metrics (meetings booked, SQLs, contribution to sales) and analyze performance
• Optimize processes, tools,



and tech stack usage (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, Cognism, Claude, Clay, Apollo)
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align go-to-market strategies
• Represent the BDR function in wider commercial discussions

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in BDR/SDR leadership with managing managers or Team Leaders
• Strong B2B SaaS experience in a scaling organization
• Strategic and hands-on leader capable of shaping BDR strategy and playbook
• Commercial and analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Deep understanding of BDR processes and sales tech, with hands-on tool experience
• Fluent in English; comfortable leading across European markets
