Experteer Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end RFQ/RFP sourcing for MRP demand signals, balancing delivery, quality and cost. You work within Indigo Sourcing to align with general category strategy, prioritizing past due items and compressions while expediting where needed. You lead multi-round negotiations to secure favorable terms and ensure rapid POs post-negotiation. The position sits in Flowserve’s supply chain function, contributing to cost reduction and supplier optimization within a safety- and compliance-focused culture.

• Prioritize items in Past Due and In Compression for expediting
• Leverage Purchase Requisition Aggregation to consolidate spend and meet supplier thresholds
• Select/deselect suppliers with a focus on strategic partnerships and segmentation
• Attach complete revision documentation (drawings, specs, ITPs) to events




• Negotiate aggressively across multiple rounds before finalizing prices
• Release purchase orders in ERP promptly after negotiations
• Comply with Flowserve policies, cost reduction, and commercial terms requirements

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in Supply Chain
• 1+ years of sourcing experience
• Strong interpersonal relationship management
• Commercial and technical understanding of supply chain
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Project management proficiency
• Knowledge of regional supply base and market dynamics
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERPs (SAP) and sourcing tools (e.g., Ariba)
• Geographic mobility for development opportunities
• Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels
