Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead challenging integral, full-service clinical research projects from startup to closure, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence. You will work within cross-functional teams to drive complex studies and serve as the main client contact, shaping proposals and presentations. The position offers remote or hybrid work in Barcelona or Madrid and emphasizes people development and adherence to industry standards. You will contribute to PSI’s mission by delivering impactful trials across oncology and GI indications.

Responsabilidades
• Recent clinical research experience as project manager or equivalent (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead)
• Global or regional clinical project management experience from startup to closure
• Therapeutic experience in oncology and/or GI (IBD, Ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease) preferred
• Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects preferred
• BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (or equivalent)
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders
• Ability to negotiate confidently
• Team building, resource allocation and organizational skills
• Applications submitted in English
