Experteer Overview
In this role you help deliver client network solutions with SLA-aligned delivery. You work on installations, break/fix events, and problem resolution while developing professional-level networking expertise. You will document standard procedures and support project administration, including time capture and stakeholder feedback. You’ll present technical concepts to customers and learn from senior colleagues to grow your specialization. This is a growth-focused position with certification paths as you contribute to complex networking initiatives at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Owns larger portions of installations and break/fix incidents of low to medium complexity during the project lifecycle
• Resolves problems and troubleshoots during projects
• Escalates complex issues to third parties when needed
• Assists with documenting standard operating procedures for installations and fixes
• Manages project administration (time capture and stakeholder feedback)
• Conducts elementary presentations within the customer's organization
• Takes direction from senior resources on relevant technologies and best practices




• Performs other related tasks as required

Responsabilidades
• Developing project and administration abilities
• Developing understanding of technical design principles and compute layers
• Ability to understand fundamental project and administration processes

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or a related field
• Professional-level certifications in networking technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNP, JNCIP, ACMP)
• Moderate experience in technical implementation engineering for Networking technologies
• Moderate experience engaging with clients and giving presentations
• Moderate experience in networking technologies (routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers)
• Moderate experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting
