As International Sales Manager, you drive growth across key EMEA meat processing markets from a remote base. You will lead regional sales strategies, manage distributor networks, and secure long-term agreements with processors and partners. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored processing solutions and market intelligence. This role offers international exposure, a strategic impact on revenue, and a chance to shape the region’s meat processing footprint.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies across assigned territories
• Manage, evaluate, and expand distributor and channel partner networks
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration within the meat processing industry
• Build and maintain relationships with processors, distributors, integrators, and key stakeholders
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and secure long-term strategic agreements
• Deliver high-impact presentations to executive-level customers and decision-makers
• Collaborate with service, applications, marketing, and product management teams
• Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and market intelligence
• Support customers with technical and commercial solutions related to processing equipment and related technologies
• Represent JBT Marel and Tipper Tie at industry events and meetings
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 8 years of international sales experience in meat/food processing or related sectors
• Proven success managing distributors and indirect sales channels
• Experience selling capital equipment, consumables, or integrated processing solutions
• Strong commercial acumen with proven revenue growth
• Experience negotiating high-value contracts and long sales cycles
• Existing network within the meat processing industry across target regions
