Experteer Overview
In this role you help hotel groups understand Lighthouse capabilities and quantify the value. You lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, and shape deployable solutions across EMEA and APAC. You collaborate with Sales, Services, Product, and Engineering to map customer needs to Lighthouse offerings. You drive RFP/RFI processes and build technical credibility to win deals. You will work with BI, reporting, and data tools to showcase impact and speed to value.

• Lead technical discovery with Sales to capture business drivers, risks, and requirements and map Lighthouse solutions
• Deliver confident technical presentations and demos across Lighthouse portfolio (BI, Custom Reporting, Rate Insight, Market Insight, etc.)
• Own RFP and RFIs from start to finish and craft tailored solutions
• Build custom dashboards in Google Looker using Salesforce data and custom reporting data
• Draft Statements of Work for customized product development
• Collaborate with Implementation, Support and Customer Success to ensure deliverability and timelines
• Provide training and product support to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders




• Share field feedback with Product Management on current products and future needs
• Provide timely activity reports, bid reviews, forecasts, and KPI progress to management

Responsabilidades
• 5-7+ years in solutions engineering, presales or similar technical, customer-facing role
• Hospitality knowledge: revenue management, sales, distribution and data analytics; understanding RMS, PMS, CRS
• Experience with discovery, demos, proof-of-value, and RFP/RFI processes with Sales alignment
• Ability to scope solutions and estimate time and resources
• Understanding of integration methods, data transfer, architecture, data visualization, SaaS and DaaS delivery models
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain deal scope and business impact
• Comfort juggling multiple priorities and working with APAC customers
• Proficiency with Looker or BI tools and Salesforce is highly valued
