As Finance Lead for Marketplace Experience, you own end-to-end Pu0026amp;L and forecast cadence, building models and dashboards to give leadership clear visibility. You partner with Service Delivery leads, operations and HQ FPu0026amp;A to influence cost, capacity, and investment decisions. You’ll shape analytical priorities, design self-serve financial tools, and mentor analysts, driving financial discipline across markets. This role combines strategic program ownership with hands-on financial modelling in a fast-paced, cross-market environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end financial reporting and forecasting for Marketplace Experience operations, ensuring accurate Pu0026L and credible estimates
• Define analytical priorities and drive cost driver and unit-economics questions to actionable decisions
• Design and maintain financial toolkit (models, dashboards, self-serve frameworks) used by local teams, operators, and leadership
• Act as finance business partner to Service Delivery Leads, country operations, BPO partners, and HQ FPu0026A, influencing decisions
• Lead deep-dives on material variances to identify root causes and drive corrective actions




• Own finance workstream on strategic programs (cost reduction, BPO efficiency, capacity/investment decisions) from framing to execution
• Mentor junior analysts and raise standards across the finance and operations community

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate/operational finance with Pu0026L ownership
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on Pu0026L ownership, advanced financial modelling, and understanding of accounting statements and unit economics
• Sharp analytical judgement and ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without formal authority
• Strategic ownership from framing to execution and execution of outcomes
• Autonomous and hands-on—build what is needed and set standards for others
• Excellent English communication skills
• Advanced Excel and SQL and/or data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
