Experteer Overview
In this role, you lead enterprise-wide oversight and governance of integration demand and delivery. You coordinate across business, architecture, security, platform, and delivery teams to ensure scalable, reusable integration solutions. You promote reuse of APIs, interfaces, and events to reduce duplication and technical debt, while guiding end-to-end delivery. You collaborate with the Enterprise Domain Architect to shape ABB’s integration strategy and standards. This position offers a hybrid work model and a chance to drive impact through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Manage enterprise-wide visibility of integration demand and prioritize requirements across projects and business areas
• Drive integration reuse by leveraging existing APIs, interfaces, events, and services
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Identify and manage integration dependencies, risks, approvals, and delivery sequencing
• Establish and govern integration processes from design to operational handover




• Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture principles and approved delivery practices
• Act as primary coordination point for cross-functional stakeholders and resolve delivery challenges
• Maintain transparency of the integration portfolio through reporting, forecasting, and metrics

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, solution architecture, or related roles
• Proven experience coordinating complex integration initiatives across multiple systems and vendors
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architectures, APIs, messaging, and event-driven integration
• Knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and SaaS integration environments, including security and data considerations
• Experience managing dependencies, governance, and demand management in large matrix organizations
• Ability to identify reuse opportunities and promote enterprise-wide integration standards
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong delivery mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
