Overview

In this Data Engineer role within R&D; Operations, you translate telemetry and operational data from millions of devices into actionable insights to improve products and customer experiences. You will collaborate with Engineering, QA and Operations to unify data sources, investigate issues and support informed release decisions. You’ll build data models, KPIs and analytics that show how product and service performance evolve in real-world use. This role combines hands-on data work with technical analysis in a collaborative, international team. A key hook is shaping observability to drive reliability across R&D.;

Responsabilidades

- Collect, structure and combine data from multiple sources to create reliable datasets
- Analyze product telemetry, logs and metrics to spot trends, anomalies and performance issues
- Develop data models, KPIs and analytical solutions for product/service performance
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA and Operations for root-cause analysis and improvements
- Support software/firmware releases by analyzing performance across versions,



devices and deployments
- Improve observability, automate recurring analysis and surface early warnings
- Communicate insights to stakeholders across R&D; to inform decisions

Requisitos principales

- A couple of years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Observability or similar technical role
- Strong SQL skills and practical experience with Python or equivalent language
- Experience combining, analyzing and validating data from multiple sources
- Experience investigating technical issues and turning data into actionable insights
- Experience developing KPIs, automated reports or dashboards
- Curiosity about how technical systems work and clear communication of findings
- Collaborative mindset and professional English proficiency
