Experteer Overview
In this role you act as the controlling partner for the IT organization, collaborating with IT leadership and international country teams. You will monitor IT cost centers monthly, forecast funds, and analyze variances to drive actions with budget owners. You’ll help create a transparent IT cost structure across personnel, licences, projects and related expenditures, and support cost reporting for management decisions. You will contribute to service/product costing, pricing models, and the financial steering of an internal IT service organization. You’ll continuously improve controlling standards and tools in partnership with the IT and Controlling teams.

• Own monthly IT cost-center budgeting, forecasting, vigente reporting, and variance follow-up with budget owners
• Develop and maintain a transparent IT costing structure across personnel, licences, development, consulting, projects, and other IT expenditures
• Monitor IT project budgets, business cases, planned savings, and productivity KPIs to support management decisions
• Ensure IT purchases are properly approved, recorded, and transparent with key suppliers and contracts
• Prepare reports, analyses, and decision papers for IT management and Controlling, and support steering/review meetings
• Collaborate with country organizations to increase IT cost transparency




• Assist in establishing service and product costing for IT solutions and design pricing/charging models
• Contribute to the financial steering model for internal IT services, including cost recovery, unit-cost analysis, and resource utilization
• Improve controlling standards, reporting processes, and analytical tools in coordination with Overland Controlling and IT teams

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or Informatics, or comparable discipline
• 3+ years of professional experience in controlling, FPu0026A, or similar finance role
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost-centre accounting
• Ideally experience in project controlling, business cases, service/product costing, or IT expenditure management
• Solid understanding of financial accounting, statements, and capitalization principles
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with SAP and Power BI or comparable BI tools desirable
• Ability to communicate financial matters clearly to IT and international stakeholders
• Structured, independent, hands-on approach with attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and business-fluent English; German or another European language is a plus
