In this role you will lead financial reporting and compliance for the Southern Europe cluster to protect assets and provide high-quality financial insights. You will work within the EMEA Finance Team to ensure accurate US GAAP and local GAAP reporting, manage month-end processes, and support SOX controls across Spain, Portugal and Italy. You will collaborate with Shared Services, Tax, Payroll and regional leadership to drive operational excellence and timely disclosures. This position offers impact through shaping finance processes in a multi-jurisdictional environment and partnering with business leaders to enable strategic decisions. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Ensure proper accounting under US GAAP and local GAAP; write memos for complex accounting matters
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including month-end close
• Coordinate with EMEA Shared Services for lease accounting, fixed assets, and close requirements
• Ensure accuracy of Southern Europe accounting records and statutory tax filings
• Support external statutory filings and audits across Spain, Portugal and Italy
• Coordinate SOX controls including design, implementation and testing with internal audit




• Provide timely, accurate financial information to business customers; review unusual transactions
• Develop and enforce general financial procedures; create local procedures for consistency
• Liaise with country leadership on finance-related questions and business decisions
• Support quarterly forecasts and annual budgets with local insights
• Lead regional/segment finance projects and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Real Estate and HR on finance matters

Responsabilidades
• Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting, controlling or finance
• Experience in accounting, finance or controllership in an international organisation
• Strong core finance and accounting skills; working knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP in Spain, Portugal and Italy
• Understanding of SOX requirements for a U.S. listed company
