Experteer Overview
As a Process Mining Engineer at NN Digital Hub, you will design, implement and maintain process mining insights in our Celonis-enabled environment to improve mortgage processes. You will build dashboards, analyze data, and translate insights into measurable improvements for cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to optimize workflows and support data-driven decisions. This role combines hands-on analytics with shaping process mining practices in a digital, customer-focused bank.

Responsabilidades
• At least 5 years of work experience, with ≥2 years in a similar role
• Experience with process mining tooling and techniques (preferably Celonis)
• Ability to analyze and understand complex digitized processes using data and data streams (preferably in mortgage)
• Experience in an Agile environment supporting collaboration and continuous improvement
• Strong communication and ownership mindset
