Experteer Overview In this role you will own the development of dynamic pricing capabilities and serve as the bridge between business and data science. You will translate needs into concrete pricing solutions, ensure delivery quality, and monitor value delivered while staying ahead of market trends. You’ll lead end-to-end initiatives from discovery to rollout, set guardrails, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. - Define pricing problems with revenue managers and translate into clear data/engineering requirements
- Shape pricing solutions with Data Science, balancing impact, risk and effort
- Own the pricing capabilities roadmap and track delivery against plan and budget
- Manage end-to-end delivery of pricing initiatives including discovery, A/B testing and rollout
- Train and enable Revenue Managers and Marketing to adopt new pricing tools
- Set monitoring guardrails (price floors/ceilings) and track KPIs to protect revenue and reputation




- Benchmark industry practices and explore AI-driven pricing opportunities into the roadmapResponsabilidades
- 4 to 6 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, product management or strategy consulting
- Solid understanding of dynamic pricing and data science model lifecycle (A/B testing, monitoring)
- Proven experience owning a roadmap or managing cross-functional projects end to end
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in SQL and BI tools (Looker Studio or Tableau)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and explain to stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, comfortable challenging teams
- Master's degree in business administration, economics, engineering or related quantitative field
