By applying your real-world nursing knowledge to AI development, you'll help ensure these tools are clinically accurate, safe, and genuinely useful for healthcare professionals. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role working alongside world-leading AI research teams. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Evaluate AI-generated clinical content and workflows for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability Apply your knowledge of EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) to assess and improve AI outputs related to clinical documentation Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe recommendations in AI responses related to nursing practice Translate nursing workflows and clinical reasoning into structured, actionable feedback for AI training teams Review and annotate healthcare scenarios, patient data narratives,
