Maersk in Spain is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to partner with leaders and HR teams across Spain. You will shape employee relations strategies, manage workforce risks and ensure compliance with Spanish employment law while delivering a positive employee experience.

This role requires hands-on investigation leadership, experience with works councils and unions, and the ability to navigate a matrixed international organisation. Fluent English and Spanish are essential.
