Experteer Overview
You will lead the lifecycle of underwriting-related capabilities within the Life u0026amp; Health portfolio, starting with Underwriting Assistant. You’ll align cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled, data-driven underwriting solutions with a focus on accuracy and transparency. You’ll balance regional needs with a coherent global product strategy, driving discovery, delivery, and stakeholder alignment. This role offers impact at scale in a data-and-AI driven environment and cross-region collaboration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define product vision, roadmap and priorities balancing client value and delivery capacity
• Translate client needs into clear requirements, user journeys and acceptance criteria
• Drive product development with tech, AI and UX teams; manage dependencies and quality
• Advance AI-driven underwriting capabilities including medical data extraction and integration of sources (EHRs, APS,



lab reports)
• Support client engagements, proofs of concept and deployments with external partners
• Align stakeholders across regions and functions; communicate priorities and delivery expectations
