As part of Keyrus' Intake team, you will shape hiring strategies for data, AI and EPM roles across markets, using AI-powered tools and market data. You’ll partner with senior leaders to translate business plans into talent actions, build strong candidate relationships, and grow talent pools for future client projects. This role blends advisory sourcing with hands-on recruitment, helping elevate Keyrus’ employer brand in a cross-border context. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Partner with Managing Directors and senior stakeholders to translate business plans into clear hiring strategies backed by market data
• Source, engage and attract top data/AI/EPM talent for the French market with support for other EMEA markets
• Recruit engineers, data scientists, data architects, and AI consultants
• Use AI-enabled sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, AI platforms) and traditional methods (headhunting, Boolean/X-ray) to identify candidates




• Build and maintain talent pools to staff new client projects quickly
• Lead end-to-end recruitment projects from intake to offer
• Conduct competency-based interviews assessing technical depth and consulting skills
• Strengthen employer brand through data/AI communities and content
• Share expertise to grow TA capabilities across the group

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent by experience)
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally with headhunting background
• Proven success sourcing for Data, AI, and Digital roles
• Experience recruiting for the French market; advanced sourcing skills (headhunting, Boolean/X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Hands-on use of AI-enabled recruitment tools and talent intelligence platforms
• Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
