Join GE Vernova's Grid Solutions to help deliver the Green Energy transition. As Project Engineering Manager, you will lead the electrical design and engineering for large energy projects, coordinating internal teams and delivery partners to meet safety, quality, time, and cost targets. You will manage scope, interfaces, and the design change process, and you’ll be the technical lead on specifications and deviations. You’ll work across functions to ensure on-time, right-first-delivery and contribute to design reviews and procurement readiness. This role offers exposure to international projects and a hybrid working model.

• Support engineering change management for large/complex projects
• Lead and coordinate design teams with internal and external designers
• Monitor design budget and identify potential savings
• Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews
• Manage design changes and related claims and VO approvals
• Analyze customer requirements and ensure compliance through technical queries
• Validate design during customer acceptance
• Oversee project documentation status for our work package
• Prepare or review technical specifications and supplier documents for procurement
• Assess design against contract requirements and seek cost optimization

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree level or equivalent experience
• Experience as lead engineer in EPC environment
• Project technical management experience in a multi-disciplinary setting with multiple interfaces
