As Head of Human Resources for Ferrovial Digital Infrastructure, you will design and drive people strategies across our data-center-focused unit. You align culture with business goals, lead talent, and ensure a positive, high-performing workplace. You’ll shape workforce planning, development, and governance across assets, balancing integral standards with asset-level needs. Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of experience in Generalist HR roles
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
• Experience defining and implementing end-to-end people management processes
• Experience managing shared services and cost allocation frameworks
• Knowledge of Spanish labor laws; US and European laws are valued
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
• Ability to lead and motivate teams
• Fluency in English
