In this role, you will develop and lead the Category Growth Strategy for World Travel Retail, translating traveller and airport insights into actionable growth plans. You’ll partner across Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to drive data-led decisions and create compelling selling narratives. You will simplify complexity by building dashboards and frameworks that empower fast, informed growth. This is a chance to shape confectionery growth in a dynamic, international channel and contribute to Mondelēz’s Vision 2030 growth ambition.

• Lead the Category Growth Strategy framework for WTR commercial teams
• Act as the expert on travellers, airports, and retail customers; translate insights into channel plans
• Create dashboards and frameworks to drive data-led decisions across the organization
• Collaborate with Iu0026A to shape a joint learning plan and support brand growth
• Develop compelling selling stories to back strategic initiatives




• Lead category captaincy projects and collaborate with retailer insight teams to unlock shared growth opportunities
• Support sales teams to strengthen the multi-year JBP with measurable KPIs
• Provide tools and expertise to enable cross-functional teams to make growth-driven decisions

Responsabilidades
• Strategic thinking with ability to convert diverse insights into actions
• Storytelling and data visualization skills to present insights effectively
• Experience with shopper and retailer programs and multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Category development experience and ability to build lasting category visions
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen; able to simplify complexity
• FMCG experience with fast-paced, rigorous environment (7+ years)
• Curiosity about trends, digital solutions, and innovation with practical prioritization
• Travel retail knowledge is a plus
