Experteer Overview
In this Senior Procurement Specialist role, you own end-to-end procurement at RavenPack, from intake to onboarding, contract signing and renewal. You’ll negotiate with software, SaaS, and tech vendors and coordinate cross-functional reviews with Legal, Compliance, IT, and business teams. You’ll manage a large vendor base and help optimize terms, processes, and platform usage. This is a hands-on, strategic contributor position reporting to the CFO with a focus on security, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Serve as the single point of contact for procurement requests from intake to onboarding, contract execution, and renewal
• Lead commercial negotiations with software, SaaS, and service vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms
• Coordinate Legal, Compliance, IT, and stakeholder reviews to keep processes moving
• Support IT in negotiations for larger technical purchases and infrastructure
• Manage renewal calendar, engage department heads ahead of renewals, and right-size licenses
• Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts ensuring policy compliance
• Maintain vendor records and procurement documentation in the platform
• Monitor vendor performance and relationships including SLAs




• Identify cost-saving opportunities by consolidating tools and improving terms
• Prepare procurement activity, spend, and savings reports for Finance and leadership
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement platform, workflows, and policies
• Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies and approvals

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in procurement or purchasing with hands-on negotiations and vendor management
• Experience procuring software, SaaS, or technology services
• Ability to communicate with IT/engineering in their language
• Strong negotiation skills with concrete savings examples
• Proactive mindset to improve terms and reduce spend
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and engage senior leaders
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple renewals and requests
• Experience with procurement tools or ERP modules; curiosity about AI-enabled tools
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Eligibility to work in Spain
