Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead the infrastructure team to design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud and on‑premises systems with a Kubernetes focus. You will drive architecture, automation, and reliability to meet business goals and ensure security, compliance, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners to optimize performance, uptime, and cost while guiding architectural decisions and vendor relationships. This position offers scope to shape how our infrastructure scales and operates in a distributed environment.

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience leading infrastructure or operations teams
• Experience establishing operational metrics (MTTR/MTTD, uptime SLAs, cloud spend optimization) and incident response frameworks
• Strong Project u0026 Workflow Management skills for complex initiatives
• Deep knowledge of on‑premises hardware, SAN/NAS, enterprise networking, and IaC with Terraform and Ansible
• Hands‑on experience architecting multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) across Linux and Windows
