This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Power Tools, Lifting and Material Handling based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering strong business relationships for the North of Vietnam. Position Summary This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Power Tools, Lifting and Material Handling based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering strong business relationships for the North of Vietnam. Business Operation : delivers and exceeds the Orders, Sales, and other key financial and operational metrics.
Manage project pipeline insuring quality wins. Reports to leadership about progress on the sales plan, market penetration, win/loss analysis and other relevant information.
Forecasting and Planning : provide complete and accurate information into Company’s forecast and planning processes.
Marketing and Business Development : designs and implements programs to improve sales and market penetration.



Actively seeks new potential markets providing recommendation and business case for new/variant products and business development.
Process Development : Aftermarket : ensures continuous contact with customers and partners in order to improve quality of service and Company’s reputation of reliable supplier. Product Development : provides market insight and voice of the customer to enhance competitiveness offerings. Management : enhance and maintains a competent team at country level through collaboration and teamwork with One IR business. Promotes a culture of unyielding business ethic and integrity.
Wide customer network in Automotive, Electronics, Assembly, Mining, and Oil & Gas industries are advantage.
Project management experience needed; Knowledge in CRM (Sales Force) is advantage.
Education/Training Required
Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electronic).
Fluent in English or Chinese
Proficient in appropriate computer software necessary to successfully navigate the job (Microsoft Office, etc).
