You will lead the design and deployment of scalable, production-ready AI solutions for insurance. You collaborate with cross-functional experts to translate complex challenges into reliable services and intelligent applications. Responsabilidades
• Strong software engineering experience delivering production-ready solutions across backend, frontend, data and operations
• Hands-on Python, APIs, LLM integrations and AI agents
• Experience with cloud-native environments, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes and secure coding
• Ability to work across unfamiliar codebases, design integrations and ensure testing, observability in regulated environments
• Strong communication skills, fluent English
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent professional experience
