Experteer Overview
As the SOu0026amp;S PLM Lead Technical Architect at PTC, you will steer a small team of PLM architects to ensure Windchill-based, cloud-hosted PLM environments are scalable, reliable, and well-governed. You will partner with Service Management, Support, Ru0026amp;D, Cloud Operations, and customers to optimize deployments, drive best practices, and deliver technical advisory services across the Cloud portfolio. This role blends hands-on architecture with people leadership and strategic roadmap delivery. You will shape how customers scale PLM capabilities and collaborate across global teams.

• Lead, coach, and develop a 3-member PLM Technical Architects team across EMEA
• Drive performance management, career development, succession planning, and engagement
• Provide technical leadership for Windchill and related cloud environments
• Guide Technical System Assessments, health checks, performance reviews, and architectural evaluations
• Review customer architectures, integrations, and deployment strategies
• Support critical escalations and complex technical challenges
• Promote standardization and best practices across customer environments
• Partner with Cloud Operations, Monitoring, Infrastructure,



and Application teams to improve service reliability
• Lead root-cause analysis for recurring issues and contribute to service delivery methodologies
• Communicate risks, recommendations, and roadmaps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Act as trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with Service Managers, Customer Success Managers, Technical Support, Product Management, and Ru0026D
• Participate in governance meetings and executive reviews

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience architecting or supporting enterprise PLM solutions
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams
• Strong experience with Windchill or comparable enterprise PLM platforms
• Cloud experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and systems analysis capabilities
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a general environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English; German is advantageous
