Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, build, and maintain iOS apps while collaborating with AI systems to enhance code generation and quality. You will train and supervise AI models, curate datasets from code reviews, and drive AI-assisted engineering practices in a hybrid environment. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team on loyalty and retail health platforms, shaping practical AI-enabled software solutions. This position blends strong engineering with applied AI innovation to accelerate delivery and learning loops.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize iOS solutions using modern architectures
• Collaborate with AI systems to review and validate AI-generated code
• Curate datasets from pull requests and code reviews to improve AI model performance
• Define coding standards for AI-assisted development workflows
• Manage release pipelines with automated checks and AI feedback loops
• Participate in AI-driven code evaluation sprints and contribute to training iterations
• Collaborate with QAs, designers,



and product owners to ensure code quality and UX/UI alignment
• Experiment with new AI tools to boost productivity, testing, and delivery speed
• Promote a data-driven engineering culture blending human expertise with AI assistance

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of iOS development experience with modern frameworks and design patterns
• Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of APIs and data handling
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Experience with Git and pull request workflows
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cody)
