As Associate Director in the CMO Office, you help King’s Marketing organisation operate as one integrated team. You will translate marketing expertise into clear priorities, stronger coordination, and accelerated delivery. You’ll connect priorities with senior leaders, structure agendas, and oversee progress across the Marketing function. You’ll be an engine for alignment, clarity, and impact, enabling marketing leaders to focus on strategy and delivery in a fast-changing environment.

• Structure and maintain visibility over Marketing priorities with the CMO
• Lead and develop a small team with clear priorities and focused support
• Own objective-setting, progress tracking, risks, and support needs
• Prepare senior-level meetings and create concise presentations
• Maintain a consolidated view of priorities and dependencies for leadership
• Coordinate cross-team inputs and clarify responsibilities, dependencies, and next steps




• Facilitate consistent communication across Marketing to keep the org informed and connected
• Capture decisions and drive follow-ups, escalating delays when needed
• Coordinate projects or team moments sponsored by the CMO with plan, milestones and follow-through
• Improve templates, forums, and ways of working for greater clarity and focus
• Leverage AI tools to enhance planning, synthesis and communication

Responsabilidades
• Experience in a CMO Office, C-Level support, marketing strategy, business operations, programme management, or consulting
• Experience working with senior leaders in a complex organisation
• Experience managing and developing a small team
• Track record coordinating objectives across multiple teams with clear ownership
• Experience preparing senior-level meetings, presentations, and communications
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer digital business is valuable
