In this role you will bring test engineering and automation expertise to Novartis' Customer Engagement Platform, spanning web, mobile, and APIs. You will strengthen testing practices, build scalable automation with JavaScript/TypeScript, and collaborate with global product squads within Agile and DevOps delivery. The role blends hands-on engineering with continuous quality improvement to support digital products that improve patients' lives. You work in a cross-functional setting to scale testing, governance, and standards. This opportunity offers impact on digital health experiences and a hybrid Barcelona-based team.

• Lead system, integration, functional, regression, and acceptance testing across assigned Customer Engagement Platform products
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and scripts using JavaScript and TypeScript
• Execute end-to-end automated testing across web, mobile, and application programming interface platforms
• Strengthen testing strategies, governance, standards, and quality practices across product squads
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, providing testing assessments, estimates, quality deliverables, and timely execution
• Manage test environments, data,



and tools in alignment with Customer Engagement Platform and Novartis standards
• Collaborate globally to scale testing practices, frameworks, processes, and continuous quality improvements

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering, including 5+ years working within Agile delivery environments
• 2+ years designing and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts using JavaScript or TypeScript
• Strong programming skills with JavaScript or TypeScript and hands-on experience using Playwright for test automation
• Experience testing application programming interfaces and delivering end-to-end automation across web, mobile, or integrated platforms
• Experience applying artificial intelligence capabilities to enhance testing practices, quality, or automation
• Proficiency with modern test and project management tools, plus strong English communication and spoken Spanish skills
