Experteer Overview
As Integral SAP ALM Process Owner, you will shape and govern the Requirements-to-Deploy lifecycle for SAP, ensuring compliant, reliable delivery across the enterprise. You’ll steer the transition from Solution Manager/ChaRM to SAP Cloud ALM and an integrated toolchain, while partnering with quality, validation, and control functions. You drive process standards, risk-based controls, and enable global adoption through training. This role sits at the intersection of governance, technology, and regulatory excellence, enabling faster, safer SAP changes.

• Own and continuously improve the global SAP Requirements-to-Deploy process (change, release, testing, defect, documentation)
• Define global process standards, roles, controls, and performance metrics
• Maintain process-documentation framework (SOPs, work instructions, user guidance)
• Collaborate with Quality, validation, and control owners to ensure audit-ready processes
• Translate GxP, validation, and ICFR requirements into practical processes and controls
• Define target ALM operating model and roadmap,



transitioning from Solution Manager/ChaRM to SAP Cloud ALM
• Lead process improvements to increase adoption, reduce risk, and shorten delivery lead times
• Define training and enablement approach to support global adoption
• Collaborate with business, IT, Quality, Finance Controls, and external partners to align priorities and resolve issues

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in SAP ALM, change and release management or related enterprise tech
• Strong knowledge of SAP Solution Manager - ChaRM, document management and test management
• Experience defining or governing end-to-end processes across teams, systems, or regions
• Experience working in a regulated environment
• Ability to translate quality and control requirements into practical processes
• Experience creating controlled documentation (SOPs, work instructions)
• Strong stakeholder leadership, influencing, and English communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
