As Engineering Manager in Madrid, you will lead teams building the client lending platform and scalable, AI-aware financial infrastructure. You will own outcomes from discovery to delivery, shaping APIs, data, and system architecture. This role blends hands-on leadership with people development, aiming to reduce technical debt while delivering robust, scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with Product and Design to serve clients across global markets, and you’ll help define the engineering culture in a fast-growing fintech hub.
