Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and implement document management and business content solutions using Alfresco Content Services. You will bridge business needs and technology, guiding functional and technical decisions and ensuring correct platform implementation. You will define content models, metadata, permissions, and retention policies, and support integration with enterprise systems. Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams on deployment architectures and provide guidance to developers and stakeholders in English. You will document the solution and help train users and technical staff.

• Design Alfresco-based solutions aligned with corporate architecture and best practices
• Define content models, metadata, permissions, document flows, and retention policies
• Integrate Alfresco with ERP, BPM, CRM, electronic signatures, and other systems
• Collaborate on deployment architectures (on-premise,



cloud, containers) with Infrastructure/DevOps
• Provide functional and technical support to development teams, including quality reviews
• Participate in client and stakeholder meetings in English
• Document the solution and support user/training efforts

Responsabilidades
• Experience with Alfresco Content Services (design, analysis, implementation)
• Ability to bridge business and technology domains
• Experience defining content models, metadata, permissions, and retention policies
• System integration experience (ERP, BPM, CRM, electronic signatures)
• Knowledge of deployment architectures (on-premise, cloud, containers)
• Ability to support development teams with reviews and validations
• English language proficiency for meetings
• Typically senior-level consultancy/architecture experience
